Quick OOTD: Red and Leopard

One of my favorite places to find outfit ideas and inspiration is Pinterest. I pinned an outfit recently that I thought was perfect for women like me who work in a business casual setting. Business doesn't have to mean boring and I'm certainly not a fan of boring outfits! The combination of red and leopard definitely brings a little life to an otherwise basic outfit. I've had this red blazer from Forever 21 for 2 years and it's still one of my favorites. It definitely came in handy on this cool and rainy Tuesday in Charleston! Hope you guys enjoy <3

Remixing this outfit soon. Love the way @Kendi Sparks Everyday mixes business casual.

A Little Fashion Admiration

I've recently spotted a few celebs wearing looks that definitely grabbed my attention. The casual chic trend is one of my personal go to styles. It's perfect for almost any occasion. Being able to mix comfortable and casual pieces with a little extra glam  definitely feels like the best of both worlds!

Fancy Florals

What woman doesn't love an easy yet put together look?! Not a single one that I know of! A blazer, flowy top, and dark skinnies is THE way to go when you're in need of that "I Woke Up Like This" look. Add a little interest to a basic look by opting for a printed blazer, while keeping accessories  to a minimum.

Fall'n In Love

Mid-Winter last year I searched high and low for a faux-fur vest, but it seemed like they were sold out all over the world! (Guess all the fashionistas were on the same page!) So this year I vowed to start my search early with hopes of actually snagging one. After shopping around a few online stores I finally found the perfect one at Forever21.com. Not sure why I didn't start there to begin with, but none-the-less...SCORE!!! Once its delivered I'll be sure to post pictures. But for now, I've put together a look that would be perfect for these on trend vests. Can't wait to recreate this look!

Ruling the Runway

Hello Beauties! With fall just around the corner, what better time to find some inspirational pieces and looks to incorporate into our own wardrobe? I'm an avid believer in taking old pieces and pairing them with "what's in now" elements to create one of a kind outfits. Below are some of the looks from this years runway shows, and there's certainly no shortage of creativeness and versatility in the collections. From bold prints to differing textures and brighter hues than we're used to seeing in fall, this is definitely the season to step outside your comfort zone and experiment. BUT if you're not feeling that brave, there's plenty of looks to suit a milder taste. Regardless of what style suits your personal tastes, just remember to have fun. Be sure to stay tuned to see how I took these runway inspirations and made them day-to-day wearable!
